Speaker Spotlight
Most Sales Kickoff Speakers Have Never Carried a Quota. He Led Sales at ServiceTitan Through Its IPO.

Jason Ferguson — International Bestselling Author of Nobody’s Legend · Creator of the R.A.M.P. Framework · Senior Sales Leader · Division I Football, University of Hawaii
Sales kickoff season produces a familiar problem. The speaker is compelling, the room is loud for an hour, and by the second week of February the reps are back to whatever they were doing in December.
Jason Ferguson comes at that room from the other side of the table. He helped scale Bitium through its acquisition by Google, then spent years leading sales at ServiceTitan through one of the most successful technology IPOs in recent memory, motivating hundreds of salespeople and thousands of cross-functional teammates in the process.
He is not a sales trainer and he does not teach closing technique. His argument is that the thing quietly limiting a revenue team is usually further upstream, in how people are thinking before they ever pick up the phone.
Where the Framework Came From
Jason played Division I football at the University of Hawaii until two ACL injuries took the game away from him. What followed was an identity crisis, and then a battle with opioid addiction that lasted the better part of a decade. Getting out of it meant rebuilding from the ground up, and the principles he leaned on during that rebuild are what eventually became R.A.M.P.
The four parts are Radical Accountability, Authenticity, Mission-Driven Habits and Pathological Optimism. What makes it work in a corporate room is that it was not designed in one. It was assembled by someone who needed it to hold under real weight, and then run inside two high growth technology companies where the results were measured every quarter.
That is the spine of his flagship keynote, R.A.M.P. Up. Thinking shapes decisions, decisions shape habits, habits shape performance, and performance shapes the life a person ends up with. Most performance content works on the last link in that chain. Jason works on the first one, which is the reason his material tends to still be in use months later rather than fading with the applause.
The Rooms He Fits
He is a strong fit for sales kickoffs and revenue organizations heading into a hard year, leadership summits and manager development programs, all-company meetings during a stretch of change, and athletic departments and student athlete programs, where his keynote Every Athlete Dies Twice asks who a competitor is once the jersey comes off.
The endorsement that matters most for a revenue audience comes from the person who ran the number he was hired to hit.
He is a weaker fit if the brief is an hour of uplift before the evening event. The football background and the recovery story can read as a straight motivational booking on paper, and that undersells what he actually does. The feedback that repeats is about tools people could use immediately, which is a different compliment than a good time in the room.
Jason is also the author of Nobody’s Legend, an international bestseller covering the same ground the keynote does, and he is available for workshops and expanded sessions as well as main-stage keynotes. He lives in Glendale, California.
