Michael N. Fineman is an entrepreneur, author, speaker and lifelong connector known as The Dot Connector. Before the stage, Michael spent about 30 years in the construction equipment world, selling million dollar machines. He cut his teeth teaching engineers to take the mask off and speak from authenticity, and he relates to construction and blue collar rooms because he lived in them. Michael was mentored by world-renowned motivational speaker Les Brown and co-founded The Les Brown Prodigy Program, where together they coached thousands of speakers virtually and on stage.
