About Kofi Nartey

Kofi Nartey has spent his career performing at the highest level, first on the football field and then in business, and he teaches audiences how to do the same.

Kofi played football at UC Berkeley and went on to sign as a wide receiver with the Oakland Raiders. The lessons from that world, the preparation, the discipline and the willingness to compete when the stakes are highest, became the foundation for everything he built next, including a decade as a working SAG-AFTRA actor.

Over more than twenty years in luxury real estate, Kofi became the go-to broker for celebrities, professional athletes and affluent clients around the world. He leads GLOBL Real Estate & Development, a private firm with billions of dollars in sales, and is CEO of GLOBL Consulting, a Focus and Finish Group company. Before that he founded and led the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division, the nation's first vetted group of sports and entertainment real estate specialists, directed the Sports & Entertainment Division at The Agency, and was a top producer at Keller Williams. Television audiences know him from two seasons as a featured agent on HGTV's Selling LA, eight appearances on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing and appearances on Netflix's Selling Sunset, and he has shared his insight with The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, CNBC, ESPN, Fox Business and CNN Money.

Top business and sports organizations across the country call on Kofi for keynotes and trainings. He has trained more than 2,000 agents nationally, taken the main stage six times at Inman Connect and Inman Luxury Connect and four times at Leaders in Luxury, and has delivered player development training and consulting for the NFL. He calls himself an agitator of change, and his style lives up to it: dynamic, authentic and approachable, he pushes audiences past their comfort zones and sends them home with proven frameworks and tools they can use the very next morning. His name doubles as his mission, K.O.F.I., the King of Focused Impact.

Kofi is the bestselling author of Sellebrity: How to Build a Successful Sports and Entertainment Based Business and his latest book, Inner Beast: Unlock Your Super Animal DNA for Performance, Prosperity, and Powerful Partnerships, an instinct-based framework that shows people how their natural wiring shapes the way they think, work, recover and relate. Audiences can take the free Inner Beast assessment and join his free personal development community, Mogul Nation. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University's Presidents and Key Executives Program, gives back through The Nartey Sports Foundation, and lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Dr. Mimi Nartey, and their two children. As Kofi puts it, "When you give from your gifts, you never run out."
