Speaker Spotlight

She Holds a Master’s in Pharmacology. She Now Teaches Executives the Neurochemistry of Why Their People Resist Change.

Nadine Zeinoun - Master Certified Coach and Keynote Speaker on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence

Nadine Zeinoun — Master Certified Coach (MCC) · Creator of the VITA Leadership Framework · President, ICF Ottawa Chapter · 3,000+ Coaching Hours Across Five Continents

Emotional intelligence has a credibility problem on corporate stages. It is often delivered as sentiment, and technical audiences quietly discount it.

Nadine Zeinoun approaches it as a scientist, because she was trained as one. She holds a BS in chemistry and an MS in pharmacology and therapeutics, then spent more than 15 years in management in the corporate pharmaceutical sector before moving into coaching.

That background is why her sessions explain what is happening in the brain rather than asking a room to be more empathetic. Her session on change is built around the neurochemistry of resistance, which reframes a people problem as a predictable biological one that leaders can work with.

The Credential Is the Top Tier of Her Profession

Nadine holds the Master Certified Coach credential, the highest tier the International Coaching Federation awards, backed by more than 3,000 coaching hours and thirteen years of practice. She currently serves as president of the ICF Ottawa Chapter, which means the region’s coaches are the people who elected her to lead them.

Her assessment certifications are unusually deep: EQi 2.0 and EQi 360 for emotional intelligence, TMSDi team tools, Conversational Intelligence, John Mattone’s Leadership Enneagram, team coaching through TGCA, and more recently NLP and Time Line Therapy practitioner credentials.

She grounds the messy human side of leadership in neuroscience, which brings clarity and credibility to challenges we all face.

That observation came from Heather Newlin of Transformative Partners, who also singled out the VITA model as intuitive, practical and versatile enough to use for both personal development and team dynamics. When a consultant praises another consultant’s framework by name, it is worth noting.

The Room She Can Hold

The most useful reference for a planner comes from the COO of Resource Label Group, and it is about endurance rather than inspiration.

He described her keeping seven people fully engaged for three and a half hours at the end of a long workday, and getting seven strangers comfortable enough to open up and hold a thoughtful conversation about change and emotional intelligence. He called her an exceptional listener and facilitator who kept the discussion focused while making sure everyone felt heard, and noted he left re-energized rather than drained.

A director of sales at XFacto described the same quality from the participant side, saying Nadine makes complex emotional responses clear and applicable, and creates enough safety in a group that people are willing to be genuinely vulnerable.

That combination points at a specific booking. She is strong as a keynote, but she is at her best in a workshop or a facilitated leadership session where the format lets the work actually happen.

Where the Perspective Comes From

Nadine grew up during the civil war in Lebanon, and she is direct that living with that degree of uncertainty at a young age is what shaped her view of trust, empathy and human connection as the things leadership actually rests on.

It also explains why her work concentrates on leading through pressure and change rather than on leadership in stable conditions. She has coached leaders across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, South America and North America, and served as program director for the coaching certification program at Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

Five Ways to Program Her

Engaging Employees in Times of Change is the one to book for an organization mid-transformation. It covers the neurochemistry of resistance and how to shift it into engagement, and it is grounded in the well-documented reality that most change initiatives fail on the human dimension rather than the strategy.

Rising Above Fear: Leading in Uncertain Times is the leadership keynote, on regulating fear responses and communicating in a way that maintains psychological safety when answers are incomplete.

Rising Above Fear: Owning Your Career Progression is the same premise aimed at professionals rather than executives, and suits employee resource groups and development programs.

Beyond Words works on how emotions shape workplace relationships and trust, and Owning the Room is her executive presence session, designed for women leaders and built around the connection between internal emotional state and how presence actually reads.

Most run as keynotes or workshops. Full descriptions are on her speaker profile.
