About Nesha Pai
Nesha Pai believes growth is not built through one extraordinary decision. It is built through the standard you refuse to lower, day after day. She is a CPA, the founder and CEO of Pai CPA, one of the country's first fully remote, cloud-based outsourced accounting firms, and a keynote speaker who shows leaders how consistency, not complexity management, is what creates lasting momentum.
Nesha started her career at Arthur Andersen, before Enron, where she saw firsthand the gap that can open between an organization's stated values and its everyday behavior. Years later, sitting across from a boss who dismissed her for the gap in her résumé left by raising her son, she stood up, quit on the spot, and built her own firm from her kitchen table, as a single mother with one client and no backup plan. She built it on a remote model long before remote work was normal and made it her mission to create opportunities for women, especially mothers returning to the workforce.
That firm now provides accounting and financial oversight for more than 80 businesses generating over $200 million in combined annual revenue, and her clients have come to know her as The Momentum Maker for her ability to create sustained progress where others stall. She has lived the proof of her own message: in a single year she weathered her sister's sudden death and a breast cancer diagnosis, and came out the other side without her firm skipping a beat.
