About Maurice F. Martin

Maurice learned that lesson long before he taught it. In an earlier career in music and entertainment, he was an award-winning, nationally touring singer-songwriter, managing a band while serving as its lead singer. His music earned national licensing placements with MTV, VH1, E! and NASCAR. Behind the scenes, he was climbing professionally while sinking personally, struggling with addiction and depression until he hit rock bottom. Rebuilding his life changed not only who he was, but the work he would spend the next decade doing.
For nearly ten years since, his work in coaching, counseling and leadership development has centered on what pressure reveals. Through Total Harmony Leadership Solutions, LLC, he draws on behavioral health and training management experience to help leaders strengthen communication, trust, accountability and the cultures they shape.
